Sold a Condo home in 2013 in Point Breeze, Philadelphia, PA.
Throughout my the entire process, Tim was very prompt and attentive to my questions and calls. It was a very professional experience and Tim demonstrated thorough knowledge of the buying and selling process. He certainly earned my business and I have referred him to my sister who has also bought and sold properties with Tim.

Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Point Breeze, Philadelphia, PA.
Tim was great to work with. As first time home buyers he helped inform us of the process every step of the way. As we were looking at houses he was honest about whether a house was worth buying or not and looked for any possible problems. He was very easy to get in contact with and responded to calls/texts/emails quickly. He would check up with us over time as settlement was two months away from when we chose to buy the house. He is knows Philly neighborhoods and the Philly market very well.

My experience with Tim Brogan was fantastic. He helped educate me and my fiance so we could make informed decisions, he was always incredibly responsive and he without a doubt always looked out for our best interests. He brought an energetic and fun personality to what can at times be a stressful process. I will recommend Tim to everyone I know.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Elmwood, Philadelphia, PA.
I would like to express my appreciation for Tim Brogan from Coldwell Banker Preferred for his expertise, outstanding ethics and loyal commitment to the Real Estate Industry.For medical reasons, we had to relocate out of the area and that relocation was made less stressful because Mr. Brogan's had demonstrated to us that we could depend on him. He demonstrated tremendous patience and professionalism when we had difficulty with an irate tenant who caused problems associated with the listing and showing of the property. He graciously expended his abounding energy and his tenacity when negotiating with the buyer and their agent in sealing the deal even after some vandalism to the property a few days before the Closing. He made sure that the property was back in original order before the Closing date. I can go on with accolades and our appreciation of Mr. Brogan's Service. I do hope that what I have shared will give you a small vignette of the Valued GEM Coldwell Preferred Banker has on their staff in the person of Tim Brogan. Thank you Tim! Bought a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Point Breeze, Philadelphia, PA.
Tim was a great agent to work with. We had no doubts about wanting to work with him from the very first time we met with him. He was super knowledgeable; and he helped guide us through the process, which was key since we were first time home buyers. He patiently showed us a bunch of houses, and he was honest with us about what to expect from sellers and throughout the process. In addition, he was funny, very easy to talk to, sweet, and made himself available any time we had a question.
While we have no intention of moving out of this house any time soon, when we do we'll gladly go back to Tim!

Tim did an excellent job with my purchase. He was very patient showing me several properties and did not 'over-sell' any of them. He was also very frank in his assesments of their value, floorplans and build quality which I appreciated. I would certainly use him again to purchase in Philadelphia.

Tim Brogan is a wonderful realtor! He helped us locate a property very quickly and stood by our side through the whole settlement process. I would highly recommend Tim and he is the only realtor I will ever use!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Willow Grove, PA.
Tim was an excellent realtor. He was not just out to make a quick buck. He genuinely wanted to help us find the best home for our family. If the house looked like the foundation wasn't well taken care of he would let us know it, and tell us around how much extra money we would wind up putting in. When we had to meet him at a home he was always on time. Maybe once, he was running 10 minutes late, but called us to let us know. Also, he would call us back immediately for whatever messages we left him to answer all of our questions. He would also call us every couple of days or so to see if we had questions or wanted to look at any other homes, and he would email me homes to view on a regular basis.
