It was a rewarding experience working with you as one of our first clients using our mobile real estate office equipped with the latest technology including a full desktop computer built in with a widescreen TV monitor as well as e-mail, scanner, fax, and printer. We use internet searches to locate all property records and history about any property my clients are interested in. We can write the offer, print it, sign it, scan and send to the listing agent or call the listing agent for immediate presentation and signatures in the driveway for a "signed around offer." If you have a busy schedule, want to learn the area, and see all the properties for sale quickly then save your valuable time with us.

Sold a home in 2013.

Thank your for the great review. The sale did not progress smoothly as we did not receive timely responses to time sensitive documents. We secured a full price back-up offer (as insurance) which removed some of the stress and the first offer did close on time.

Bought a home in 2013.

Thank you for your review. This was one of my most challenging sales in the past 30-years. We had to get a new lender, appraisal, and underwriter approval in 8 business days to prevent the higher all cash back-up buyer from bumping us out. Rather difficult in today's real estate market and highly regulated banking industry. It points out something very important to Buyers and Sellers ...”CHECK OUT YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT BEFORE YOU GET STARTED” and too far along and lose the purchase or sale of your home. An agent is only as good as the team he/she has assembled over the years. One weak link in the chain and it is broken. A great agent will have a great team of lenders, title officers, escrow officers, and underwriters with whom they have worked with for years. The agent sets the standards for the team and if they fail to meet them, they are off the team. EXPERIENCE COUNTS. Do not rely on a big real estate franchise name as it comes down to the individual agent.

Thank you Helen for the review. I enjoyed working with you on the sale of your waterfront view lot on Whidbey Island just South of Coupeville Washington. The Buyer found the property on one of my websites, was very interested, and he purchased it for all cash in a relatively short period of time. Thanks Again Tim

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Pioneer Square, Seattle, WA.

Thank you for your review. It was fun working with you on the purchase of your condo in Pioneer Square. We had to go "outside the box" to make it happen, however, a little creativity works every time! Thanks again - Tim

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Burlington, WA.

Thank you for the kind remarks. It was fun working with you as we worked through the home buying process. I think it made it a lot easier after I explained the process and some of the things which have happened over my past 30-years in the real estate business. A real life story of what has happened in the past and what we did to solve the problems make the home buying (or selling) process a lot easier for my clients to see and make them more comfortable
