Tim has been happily married for 30 years to his wife Linda. They have three grown children; Joel, Katie, and Jeff.
Tim grew up on a farm in Warren County Indiana where he worked the 1000 acre farm with his father and brother. Anyone that has worked on a farm knows that Tim learned what constitutes a "hard day's work".
Upon graduation from high school, Tim attended the University of Indianapolis (Indiana Central University for the older generation) where, besides obtaining degrees in accounting and information technology, he lettered in football, wrestling, and track.
After graduation, Tim stayed on the Southside of Indianapolis where he and his wife continue to live in Franklin Township.
Prior to joining Century 21 Scheetz, Tim was co-owner and founder of an application software development company called Sigma/Micro Corporation. For 27 years he oversaw the design and the development of the company's flagship applications. He retired from the company in February of 2010. During those many years, his favorite part of the job was meeting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions. Tim carries these talents forward into real estate, where he will understand your goals in the sale and/or purchase of a home and deliver on your dreams.
