Tim Rich is one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. He's professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and attentive, and he really knows the El Paso real estate market. It was a pleasure to do business with him. If you're looking to either buy or sell a home in El Paso, I highly recommend him. He's the best.

I registered on Zillow for the express purpose of endorsing Tim Rich, due to my belief in what he can offer as a real estate agent.
I have known Tim in professional settings for about 1.5 years, and during this time, have come to view him as one of the most intelligent negotiators I've met. He has a way of striking great deals -- or, at least, fair compromises -- with folks from all walks of life. He does all of this with clarity, honesty, and cheer, all of which are important, but oft-overlooked, factors. Finally, Tim knows the local area extremely well, and, more importantly, lots of upper-level decision makers. I recommend Tim heartily.

His familiarity with the local market and his enthusiasm to get my house sold was evident by his knowledge of my property details and ability to find the right buyer quickly.
