Tim's knowledge of the water front real estate market is unsurpassed. He expertly marketed our home after another realtor had provided poor marketing materials. He provided an excellent internet photo tour which illustrated the unique features of the house. He worked well with one contingent buyer and one non-contingent buyers and with the non-contingent buyer who bought the house.
