We chose Timothy Crofton to sell our home because of his proven track record and reputation in the Fremont area. His full service approach to selling a home was a welcome relief as it included landscaping, painting, house cleaning, interior design/staging as well as moving. In particular, his painting crew did an outstanding job giving our home a fresh new look both inside and out at a fraction of the cost found elsewhere. Furthermore, paint colors were coordinated by Timothy’s interior designer. Throughout the entire selling process, Timothy and his staff kept us updated and were always available to answer questions. Although the first offer we accepted fell through (due to buyer’s financial situation), Timothy remained optimistic and confident on finding the right buyer. In this regard, he prepared color brochures, mailed out color flyers and even advertised in a Chinese newspaper to attract foreign buyers. Fortunately, everything worked out in the end with escrow closing without a hitch. Moreover, Timothy successfully negotiated rent-back for a couple of months giving us sufficient time to find a new home. Based on our experience, we found Timothy to be a consummate professional focused on getting the job done quickly and efficiently. He demonstrated a high degree of integrity and always stayed true to his word. For example, when Timothy initially agreed to move us from Fremont to the Sacramento area, we were a bit skeptical but he came through with his moving crew transporting a very heavy load of items free of charge. Needless to say, we are very impressed with Timothy and his staff and would definitely recommend him to any prospective seller.

Timothy Crofton is THE expert in knowledge, process, responsiveness and negotiations and the best in his field. He keeps the clients needs in the forefront above the business transaction and that is what differentiate him from any other agents. He has a great team of stagers, movers and painters and anything you will need in preparation to sell and move from the beginning to the end. You can completely rely on him and his staff from workmanship and price and entrust them with the entire process, worry free. For my husband and I we hired a different agent to sell the house, it was not Timothy. During the process of selling I needed help in many steps along the way. In finding a reliable painter, in moving , in dealing with a some negotiation issue post offer and Timothy was always there, extremely helpful, with sound advise. He recommended his painter who came in next day and charged us 1/3 of what others were asking, he helped us with the move with his moving company. I cannot thank him enough for the selfless help he provided making out selling and moving smooth. I highly recommend Timothy not only because of his knowledge and negotiation skills but because of the person that he is- a great human being that understands the needs to his clients from start to finish and puts them in the forefront above and beyond the business transaction.  More Less

Sold a home in 2015 in Warm Springs, Sunol, CA 94539.

Timothy's team was great getting our house prepared to go on the market. He coordinated all the contractors and got all the repairs/remodeling done in just about a week, which was super fast considering what needed to be done!! His team was patient and accommodated all our requests. Timothy has his own movers which made it easy when we had to shift things a bit to accommodate the contractors and our schedule. Then the house was cleaned and beautifully staged and the garden was tidied up. It looks gorgeous now and I am so sad to move away!  More Less
