Rashmi will help the owner and contractors if any, to design any upgrades, choose colors, supervise any work, pick material etc.. HAS HIS OWN STAGING COMPANY? We have a warehouse with hundreds of thousands of dollars in furniture. We have everything from lamps to sofas to every conceivable decoration needed to fully stage a home. Unlike stagers, we do not rent our furniture. We own it. This way you do not have live like you're in a museum, being afraid that you might scratch something. Yes, it's FREE.

HAS HIS OWN LANDSCAPING COMPANY? First impressions are everything. Timothy has his own landscaping division, trucks, crews, equipment etc. to fully landscape our client's homes. For FREE.

HAS A FULL TIME SOFTWARE ENGINEER ON STAFF? Why would a realtor need his own engineer? 90% of our buyers are engineers. 90% of our sellers are engineers. We need an engineer on staff to properly market your home since 90% of the marketing is going to be on the internet.

HAS HIS OWN ESCROW SPECIALIST ON STAFF? If an escrow is not handled properly then a seller is likely to lose a buyers deposit or worse yet, end up in court. Hilmis Cruz is a specialist in escrows and full time on Timothy's staff.

      Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $1.275M in Weibel, Fremont, CA.
      I can't believe there are 19 reviews and each one is so good because the experience we had with Timothy was the worst. To start off he tells many lies and he says it with such charm that we just believed him. He had promised that agents would present their offers to us directly but when it came time for offers he lied to the agents that we were out of town. When we told him that we wanted to make a counter offer he went through the motions but did not follow through. We called the buyers agent and got things going. After this Timothy did not represent us for anything. He did not show up for inspections , appraisals or walk throughs. He was not there with us for signing escrow papers. He is very petty. He congratulated my husband via email upon signing contract but did not include me. If you are looking for someone to buy or sell a home please make sure you interview at least three people before you make your choice . If you are smart you would not choose Timothy Crofton.  MoreLess

      It saddens me that PJ feels this way. When she needed the help, we dropped everything. Everything went well until we received two offers only . Up until this point PJ and I had become good friends. Unfortunately PJ thought that because I had been getting 100k over asking on other properties that we would get 100k over on hers. She got her asking price of 1.25 million. homes are always a challenge when the butt up against the freeway. I take full responsibility for PJ's anger. I I should have prepared her for the fact that the market is slowing down. Overbidding is coming to an end and getting 1.25 million for a home next to the freeway is actually very good. PJ was angry and disappointed that we only got the asking price. I will miss our long talks sitting in her family room and I will miss our friendship. I am so sad that I did the best I could and she was this disappointed.

      Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Mission Valley, Fremont, CA.
      I posted the following in Yelp, too.

      We sold our house in Mission San Jose, Fremont, and Timothy was my agent. My experience with his staffs and Timothy was way beyond my expectations.

      Exceptional!

      To begin with, we interviewed several other agents before Timothy, but they didn't seem to meet our needs. When I talked with him, Timothy clearly explained his plan how to sell my house and timeline. He owns his own real estate company and has own staffs to take care A to Z in buying and selling properties. After initially looking around my house, he suggested to fix one outdated bathroom and repaint interior which cost to us less than $10,000. He also suggested when we should put our house on the market. We followed his instructions.

      After little renovations, his company sent house cleaners, staging agents, and gardeners to prepare our house for sale. His office staffs ran like a well-oiled machine. Those services by Timothy were for FREE! Every single process was right on schedule.

      When we put our house on the market, our house immediately became very popular. Without his suggestion on little renovation, we wouldn't have received that much attractions. We ended up receiving more than 20 offers!

      After selling my house, our search for new home was delayed. He negotiated with buying agent and new buyer and got one month free rent back and another month rent back in a half price.

      I truly enjoy working with hard-working, competent person. For some reason, it seems to be getting more difficult to find that kind person in most business transactions. But Timothy stood out. He is willing to go the extra mile to do things right. He will work FOR YOU, period.

      Without any hesitation, I highly recommend him for any real estate transactions.

      Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $900K in Cameron Hills, Fremont, CA.
      Timothy is one of the most patient, sincere and dedicated individuals and is an excellent realtor to have on your side, whether you are a buyer or a seller.
