Sold a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $650K in Parkmont, Fremont, CA.Summary:
Timothy is a genius when it comes to selling homes. He helped us sell our Parkmont home in 2008 when the market was going south. It was very challenging and he and his team patiently helped us navigate the negotiation landscape. We had almost botched up the deal since we were not aware and had changed some of the interiors.
I firmly believe that had it not been for him we would still have not been able to sell my home. He also has a person on his team who helps with staging and sprucing up the garden and lawns, they did a meticulous job.
Overall I am very happy with Timothy and his team's services.

Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $525K in Cherry/Guardino, Fremont, CA.Summary:
Timothy is the consumate profesional. He sold our town home for 5K above asking price in this less than optimal market for sellers. He is a "Ph.D" at selling a home. He has an interior decorator on staff which really helps in the staging and presentation of the house. If you want the best real estate agent in the Tri-City Area go with Timothy. You will not regret it!
