Tina was a joy to work with in every way... professional, smart, knowledgeable, pleasant, buttoned-up, responsive. Recently transplanted from the east coast, I came to the West Side unexpectedly and needed to find a condo property very quickly. Tina was expert at educating me about the various neighborhoods here, and was critical to my being able to purchase a property, in a "hot" market, for a fair price. Helped me rent a Condo home in Santa Monica, CA.

Tina is great in every way. Knowledgeable, personable, responsive. She sent me all the listings of the caravans so that I could see the open houses at soon as they were listed. She hung in with me for over a year and when I finally purchased a property she was on top of every deadline and helped me understand every step including the escrow papers. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $800K in Sherman Oaks, Sherman Oaks, CA.

We contacted Tina "out-of-the blue" when we started the process of getting a family home of 45 years onto the market. Her response was immediate, professional, personalized, and supportive. She met with us-ready with comps of the neighborhood, and guided us through the preliminary and daunting first steps of clearing and preparing the house for sale. She has an amazing patience and empathy for what goes into preparing to sell a long time family home, and we never felt any pressure to "get it done"-yet she was a great resource, answered all our questions immediately, and at multiple points, she had excellent lists of who could assist us in that preliminary process. Everyone that we worked with from her "team" was top-notch AND reasonably priced--from the woman who helped with the final cleaning and staging, to the bee removal guy, the carpet cleaner, the painter...etc. Their professionalism and fair prices really helped things move smoothly.

The actual owners of the house-our parents- are elderly and not driving now-Tina was amazingly accommodating throughout the listing and selling process, managing their many questions with professional expertise and graceful kindness. Tina showed excellent personalization with her communication skills-often driving out to their new place to deliver paperwork, or help sign docs, communicating/consulting with the owners AND their children at every turn/decision needing to be made. Everyone was especially pleased and amazed by the photos she had taken of the house for the listing-the photographer did an expert job of capturing the best of the house that they had loved for so many years.There is a real sense that she is connected to other professionals in her office and the realty community--so when it came time to decide on a listing price for the home, we all felt that we had confirmation from many sources and angles that we'd come up with the best price.

Once the house was listed, until the final closing of escrow, Tina was ON it-holding intitial Open Houses, then fielding multiple offers while keeping 4 groups of family in the loop, getting the necessary papers lined up (she even color coded the signature markers to help make the process of getting signatures from our parents easier ) and all the other "behind the scenes" tasks that surely kept her at the office late nightly. Along with the gift of multiple offers, we did have to deal with some "unpredictable" buyers, but again with Tina "at the helm" we were able to ride that roller coaster with her calm, positive and always professional outlook guiding us. She did find the right buyer, helped us through the tricky inspections that come along with an older home, and she managed the final negotiations process expertly-making it a straightforward, fair, and quick transaction. It was fast- thanks to Tina's work ethic- the house was listed and sold in only a few weeks--closing escrow on time! Yay!

Working with Tina was an overall more than positive experience--we would ALL recommend her on all levels of home buying ,selling, etc. We have a new-found respect for realty agents now, and all they do to help get a house sold. Tina is a super agent-so knowledgeable, resourceful, ethical, professional, and dedicated--all delivered with caring and calm. We're so grateful to have worked with her.
