Sold a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Morena, San Diego, CA.
Tisha did a wonderful job selling my San Diego (Friars Village) condo. I had two offers the second day my condo was listed and the buyer purchased the condo within one week. I also received the price I wanted which in fact was 15% higher than the bank appraisal.
Tisha was great to work with. She is very efficient, conscientious , reliable, always available to answer questions. Everything from listing the condo to the final paperwork was done with great care and ease. Since I had to leave California before the sale was finalized I also appreciated that she was able to handle things electronically. Much of the paperwork could be done electronically, even signing the papers. Above all, she is extremely helpful, eager to assist with any problem. She went far beyond the call of duty providing services and was always there whenever I needed help.
I would not hesitate to recommend Tisha to anyone looking for an excellent real estate professional.…More Less

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $350K in Morena, San Diego, CA.
I spent about 2 years looking for a home, my first home. The first agent I chose showed me so many places! I knew nothing about purchasing a home or the process involved, so I was at her mercy. I told her what I could afford and what I wanted, but she did not show us anything that seemed to fit our lifestyle. I became so frustrated and I essentially gave up, thinking that I would never be able to own a home in Southern California.
I saw an ad listing Tisha Rocha as the agent in an area that I really liked, and I gave her a call. We met and I liked Tisha right from the start. She was personable, smart, and went out of her way to accomodate my husband and me.
She actually listened to what I wanted and in the area where I wanted to live. The second place that she showed us-that was the place! She helped with explaining the process, what to expect, and how to get our new home purchased, financed and us moved in.
Tisha remains a friend and I would gladly recommend her to anyone that I know in the market to buy a home in San Diego. She made a confusing process easy and understandable.…More Less

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $350K in Bay Ho, San Diego, CA.
I purchased my beautiful townhouse with Tisha’s help in March 2012. Coming from the East Coast, I really didn't know the area at all and was moving here under rough personal circumstances so didn't have a lot of time to research. Tisha not only helped me figure out what area to live in, but through patient questioning and by showing me all sorts of different options was able to narrow down exactly what I was looking for and what would make me happy. And I wasn't even able to express that myself! We began my search in December 2011, so Tisha was very patient with me through the entire process. She was always happy to answer any and all questions I had, and since this was my first home purchase, made sure I understood exactly what was going on and what would happen next. I’m not sure I would have truly been able to find a place I loved and made the move toward being a homeowner if it weren't for Tisha. I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!…More Less
