    I am not the average agent and I am not seeking the average client. I am extremely internet savvy (as the current Chair for the Citrus Valley Association of Realtor's Technology Committee, I had better be :-).



    I understand what today's seller needs and how tomorrows buyer shops and work diligently to satisfy both. I am extremely well versed with Short Sales, Foreclosures and Bank Owned (REO) property and have 100% success rate working for my sellers and buyers to achieve a successful outcome with these challenging transactions.



    I believe that education is the key to success for everyone and that is why I spend so much time expanding my knowledge in the Real Estate field averaging two continued education classes each week.
