Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Ravenna, Seattle, WA.
During our 10 month home search we found Toby to be patient and honest. He listened to what we were looking for in a home, what we liked and didn't like, and made suggestions accordingly. He is honest about what he thinks a homes value is and where he thinks that it will sell. His contracting background helped us understand the nature and cost of the updates that were needed and that we were planning to do so that we would understand the full price of the home. Bought a home in 2012.
In addition to his background in construction that proves to be helpful when you’re looking at properties and need suggestions on possible improvements and/or the quality of the home, one of Toby’s qualities that I most appreciated was that he remained calm and level-headed throughout the home buying process. We were looking for a home in a very competitive area, and there seemed to be many buyers making offers that they may regret in the end. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $800K in Madison Park, Seattle, WA.
We recently purchased a home in Madison Park, Seattle with Toby's assistance. The service we received was ecellent. He was not only readiliy available but listened to us, advised us on the process and negotiated with the seller in an effective manner. During closure there was a little conflict and Toby, promptly took care of it. He was not only supportive during the process but also after the home closed.
