Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.375M in Redwood City, CA.

Summary:

Todd's fee rebate scheme represents excellent value for a buyer. Todd and Inna are jointly very helpful, friendly and easy to work with. Their use of online "docusign" is a real benefit if you're busy. I would definitely use Todd again but avoid the out of state lender he recommended.
