is this a good home to live in as is?

Well this home is a short sale home which means it is going into foreclosure.  It does look like it needs alot of work and being a first time home buyer I would guess you would qualify for an FHA type loan and this house would not qualify for that type of loan. As FHA would require that most all major repairs be made, and this home sellers are unable to make any repairs.  I have a great lender that can try to get you pre approved for a first time home buyer program.  Give me a call and I will give you that info and then we can find you something that will work for the type of loan you get approved for.

Hi,Well there is really no way for you to change the zestimate.  It is what it is on here.  It is only there to give the person an Idea of what it is worth and if you go down and look in the price range under the zestimate I bet that there is a hugh gap in price range and if there is that is telling you that zillow is uncertain of what the value of your home is at.  It pulls the zestimate from the area and not all the comparables are not from your neighborhood which could loower the zestimate.  If you would like some help putting a price together on your home I would be happy to do so and discuss it with you at no obligation.  If I can be of any kind of help to you please call me or email me.

does the payment estimater include taxes and insurance and 5.5% interest?

No, the Payment estimater does not include your taxes and insurance.  It is principal and interest only and is base off of the current interest rate.  If you need help getting a true payment with an escrow account please just email me with the asking price of home and address and I can get a close estimate for you.   And if you are looking to buy a home I can help with that as well.
