Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Sherwood, OR.
Wonderful people, dedicated to serving their clients--The McCabe's definitely went the extra mile to help keep our house in high visibility, and at the top of all "lists". They also kept us informed every step of the way....They are knowledgable in difficult sales, practical in their advice and over the top in their service-- we were away from our home for an extended period and the McCabes helped to assure it was always secure and ready to be shown. We are grateful for their abilities and their professionalism.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Sherwood, OR.
Todd completely exceeded our expectations of what a real estate agent could do for us.
If you're looking to move to Sherwood, I can't imagine anyone better to show you around and find a place to call home. Not only does he know the place like the back of his hand, he is actively involved and committed to giving back and building the community further. It gave us an immediate sense of being at home in a new city when one of it's community leaders was rolling out the welcome mat for us.
We went on 2 tours of Sherwood and looked at probably a dozen homes before making an offer. Todd was never impatient with our ever-evolving idea of what would work for us and never pushed a house on us. His goal was to find a house that made sense for us, would be an investment that would provide us with a return in the future and would be a home that he would be proud to list with his agency when it's time to sell. He has certainly earned that listing.
As far as making a deal happen, Todd was very helpful in explaining how the process works and answered our questions in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, especially concerning the short sales we were making offers on. He was able to negotiate, go to bat for us and work around unique circumstances to ensure that we got exactly what we needed to make the deal close. He was always quick to respond to emails and I haven't a clue what his voicemail sounds like; he rarely let my call go to it.
We love our new home and are certainly thankful for Todd's expertise in making it happen. He has earned my referral for any of my friends or family whether they are looking for a home in Sherwood or Washington County.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Sherwood, OR.
I worked with Todd starting in mid March to find me a new home after some life changing events last year. We close the first week in April! I had my specific requirements and price range and needed a nice safe good home to land in and he helped me find it. Todd listened to my needs in our first visit and knew just what I wanted and needed. We went looking two times and found the "one" on the second trip. Todd was very accomodating to go back that day and weekend to let me look again and show family while we had an offer in. Todd showed me about 15 homes and was very good about showing me what would or what would not work based on what I shared with him. He even advised me against his own listings if it was not right and there was absolutely no pressure with Todd, he made the transaction one of the best and most positive that I have had in a long time. Also thank you to his wife Leslie for helping with closing and waiting until late on a Friday night for me to pick up the keys. This is a team that will go above and beyond and treat you very well. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you very much!

Todd McCabe is a GREAT real estate agent!!! He showed us many homes and always gave us knowledgeable information. He was very attentive to our needs. There were times I would call Todd and ask if he could show us a house and 10 min. later he was there. It was great! He always kept us updated and informed on the status of our house and where we were at in the process. We will definately be using Todd again in the future years to come!

Sold a home in 2011.
Leslie and Todd were the most professional and consultive real estate agents I have ever used. Excellent advice provided to sell a "aged" smoker's house. Pre-inspection and home warranty suggestions provided the buyer a high degree of comfort. Staging advice helped the house look lived in, but not cluttered.
Weekly we were provide activity summaries. The property was widely visible on the web - from real estate sites to craigslist. All good marketing tools! Prompt reports were received after the house had a showing.
When the sale of the property had to be accelerated and the price further reduced to help with eldercare needs, Todd was very supportive and advised us accordingly.
Definitely recommend Leslie and Todd for your listing.

Todd McCabe is an outstanding agent. Todd helped us through the process of buying a new construction house. He negotiated pricing, concessions and followed through with all the inspection conditions the seller needed to fix. The McCabe Group will be my real estate group on any future transactions, and I would recommend then to anyone looking for the best in a real estate team!!! They are more than just real estate agents...they become friends. They truly care for their clients and do whatever they can to help!!

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $175K in Aloha, OR.
I contacted Todd through a referral when I was looking to short sale our house. He handled everything! I no longer had to take calls from our lender, he negotiated the offers and everything. He'd call and update me frequently with what was going on and would either set up a time to meet with my husband or I or if times didn't work out we'd correspond via email. He was always right on. If I had a question, I could leave a message and he'd get back to me in a timely manner. When my husband and I are in the market to buy again, we will definately use Todd and his group!

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $200K in Forest Grove, OR.
My husband and I used the McCabes for both our sale and purchase of our homes just over a year ago. While I am sure there was some mild hesitation in the choice of house we bought, Todd gave us the benefit of a doubt and with each completeled project it is becoming a beautiful home! They were wonderful to work with and I can't wait to have them to help us in the future.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Sherwood, OR.
Todd and Leslie were great to work with from the very beginning. A mutual friend recommended them. My husband was out of state when our house went on the market and they were great with me and kids to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure I had enough time to get house ready for any showings. We sold our home and bought our new one with them too. The only reason they get a 4 and not 5 for the negotiation is because we bought new and went with a builder where there wasn't as much room for negotiation. They were there every step of the way through the construction process and stopped by the site often to look at things themselves. Highly Recommend. They are experts in the local area and go above and beyond what "normal" realtors include with their services to clients.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Sherwood, OR.
We started with The McCabe Group after a short sale deal fell thru. Due to a lack of knowledge and follow-up from the seller's real estate agent, the deal fell thru at the last minute. Todd McCabe immediately started searching for a new house for us. We found a new construction home, and Todd worked extremely hard at the negotiations, as well as making sure all pre-closing conditions were met by the seller. Not only does he know the business, but also he and his team are such professional, caring and dedicated individuals. They will be our agents for life!!
