    Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Mohnton, PA.
    We wanted to sell our home quickly since we had moved out-of-state. Todd knew the market, priced it perfectly and we had multiple offers within a few days. He is absolutely the best Realtor with whom we have worked!

    Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $225K in Topton, PA.
    Todd explained every step in the process as I was looking for my house. He even helped the selling realitors understand things they weren't aware of. Everytime I had a question or a concern through the process he was always there with answers. If he didn't know something about the house he took the time to find out.     Todd Sell is a man of his word! HONEST! When i was going through tough times and looking for a house Todd took the time to help me find something that would benefit me. Even after i cancelled out on the settlement he still stood by me and got my money back that i put down for a down payment.      As a lifelong resident of Berks County I understand the importance of integrity, hard work, and honesty.  I can assure you when working for you I will be available and committed to accomplishing your goals and needs.
      By having three children, 8, 10, 12, and a wife I understand the importance of family in the everyday hustle and bustle.  I appreciate what we all have to do to make everything come together.  My clients, both past and present will attest that real estate is not an easy task but working together and understanding your goals and circumstances,  I always go above and beyond.  I understand that selling real estate is what I do but I also believe it is me being a problem solver and at the end of the transaction, when we solve all the problems then settlement occurs.   I am proud to say I have been selling real estate since 2006 and have closed more than 300 plus transactions. 
     My business today is built on a foundation of referrals and superior service.........it's what makes me tick !!  I make sure to return phone calls, send info to clients, follow up with questions, and respond to requests in a timely manner.  It's simple give to your clients what you would want to be given to you !!
     Throughout my career I have won numerous awards on a consistent basis.  I am a Multi-Million dollar Top Producing agent not only here in Berks County but the entire Eastern Region.   I could name them all but honestly the biggest award I can receive is a referral from a past client,  That means more to me than any award.............Think about ?????  I did a job worthy enough for a client that they would trust sending the family and friends to me for that same exact service !!!!  That my friends is the key.
