Toke worked tirelessly for us looking for houses that we might like and when we found the one, kept at the process until it was done. She is a real pro and your best ally in doing business. I strongly recommend her and will do business with her again. She is the best agent that I have ever worked with!

Toke, thank you for all that you did to make the process for selling my home go as smoothly as possible. You e-mailed documents to be signed and followed up via text or phone calls. Most importantly, you consistently reassured me that my house would sell in this bleek real estate market. Yes, words of encouragement were fine, but you seemed to always have a tangible backup plan. When one buyer's deal failed, you had another potential buyer waiting in the wings. This is simply evidence of the time and energy to infuse into your work.

Bought a Condo home in 2011 in Neartown - Montrose, Houston, TX.
Toke is one of the best real estate agents that one could hope to run into. She showed us a great number of houses, was patient and truly helpful. She would in complete honesty and objectively tell us when our ideas were wrong and when they were correct.
By the end of the process we had found a friend in addition to a real estate agent. My wife and I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who wants to buy a house.

Ms Toke Ettehadieh is a premier realtor and a fantastic lady. She marshaled the abundant resources at her disposal to give me personalized attention and the best opportunity to sell my property at a price higher than I expected. She took the time to listen to my needs and implemented a plan to meet those needs. Although I know Toke is extremely busy, she made us feel as if our property and concerns had her full attention. She provided excellent insight and options and helped us overcome obstacles along the way. We couldn't have asked for anything more. If you're buying or selling in the greater Houston area, do yourself a huge favor and give Toke a call. My wife and I are extremely happy that we did.

I work in High rise & know many agents & am very much familiar with the market. I did my research first & pick Toke as my agent & now after the closing I'm glad I did so. She is great. This agent has bought and sold in excess of 1 million dollars in properties for me within a one year period. I am so pleased with her services that I refuse to consider working with anyone else. The commitment level of this agent is unsurpassed by any other broker or agent that I have worked with. Because of this I have listed all of my commercial property and now my residential with her. Usually I think it is wise not to put all your eggs in one basket but with Toke she easily put that expression to shame. Her knowledge of markets and trends combined with her negotiation skills are so ahead of the so called competition. Will I use her again for my future real estate needs? Without a doubt, I have 4 properties under listings with her and will continue as I build my portfolio.
