Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Spring Hill, FL.
We were looking at homes in the Hernando/Pasco County Areas. We found a home in Spring Hill area and called the Real Estate Agency. Tom arrived in a very short time showing us this property. We then discussed the type of home we would be interested in. He showed us several homes and the last one is the home we purchased from him. We owned a home in TN., so all business transactions had to be handled by phone or e-mail. He handled all transactions and questions ASAP. It was like having a personal/family member handling your affairs We can not say enough good things about Mr. Tom Homan. Outstanding Individual.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Spring Hill, FL.
Tom was the only agent that answers his phone!!!!! He was also very patient with me, it had been 30 years since my last purchase and he walk me though all the new hurdles and kept me informed of the progress in a timely manner. Answers to all my questions were just a phone call away. His past military service shows in the respectful way he treated me and my family and his attention to detail. Not only will you like what Tom can do for you,but you will walk away from this experience really liking Tom as a person and your agent. He would be welcome at my NEW house anytime!

Thank you Dennis, Hope you are all settled in. I see you only gave me four stars on negotiating. Well I agree with you on that one after watching you negotiate the sellers to leave every piece of furniture, TVs, Linens, lights, heck the only thing they took was their clothes and all for 1100. I learned a lot from you on that one, oh yeh I wont be sitting in on any card games with ya!!

As I started to search for a home, I was frustrated with the process and how it seemed that no one would call me back. I saw a house, called the number on the sign and was directed to Tom. He actually called me back and was so helpful. I was relieved to have someone helping me who actually cared and genuinely tried to find my perfect home. 6 months later I am in the home of my dreams. I could never thank Tom enough for helping me. If you are looking for a house, Tom is the guy for you!

Bought a home in 2013.
I would highly recommend him if you are buying or selling. Extremely knowlegible of the area and will definitley be the first to call you back. He will do everything in his power to make sure your deal goes through even as your signing the papers. I would give him 5 stars all the way!!!

Tom is a great realtor he took us out looking many many days. He was so very professional and at the same time made it a fun expeerience. He steered us in the right direction to find the home of our dreams. I would recommend him to anyone absolutely !

Bought a home in 2013.
When looking for a home one thousand miles away you need a God fearing man like Tom working for you. Tom always answer his phone and goes out of his way to accommodate. He even programmed our garage door opener. Three weeks after we moved in, Tom called to see how we were doing.
What a great guy!

Bought a home in 2012.
Tom showed me several homes within my budget range till we finally found my paradise...I wound up with financing difficulties and Tom was on top of all communications with the sellers regarding the delays we were experiencing and kept reassuring them that it would happen...if not for him and his proactive approach to the process I would have lost the "perfect" house. Tom is a great Realtor to have on your side.

Bought a home in 2012.
Tom is THE BEST! Really great guy, VERY patient, and always on top of things. I dont know how he manages it all but I feel very blessed to have found him.And, he found us the best house!! We are very happy. I would recommend him to anyone looking or selling a home.

Bought a home in 2012.
He is excellent! I didnt have to do the work trying to find houses i would like to see, he searched everything based on what we were looking for and spent lots of time going over prospective houses on the computer and searching out in the county.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Audubon, NJ.
I've bought 4 homes and sold 3 over the last 15 years. Needless to say I have been though this process a few times and thought I knew what to expect from my agent and the process itself. I have had never used the same agent twice because frankly I didn’t think the agent mattered in the overwhelming process. I am the kind of person that has to know exactly what is happing and be involved in each of the steps of the process. To be honest I felt like my past agents thought I was being a difficult.
I have to say Tom has raised the bar on my expectations on "What My Agent can do for Me!" In my past experiences I felt like my agents were just going through the motions of the transaction just to get the sale, I never had a terrible experience but never had an experience that I would recommend them to my friends and family until I had Tom as my agent. I didn’t feel like just another client. He made me feel like I was his one and only client.
He recognized my personality of needing to be overly involved in the process and welcomed it. I can say that highly recommend Tom and would defiantly use him again.
