Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $700K in Santa Clara, CA.
Tom helped us find our new home in Santa Clara. He spent hours understanding our needs and had lots of knowledge about the housing market and the area. Not only Tom could direct us to the better neighborhoods and properties, but he also had tons of design ideas and good referrals to handy men and designers. It was a pleasure working with him. Bought a home in 2012.
We've used Tom Huff for both the sale and purchase transactions.
What we really liked about Tom is how he quickly got a sense of the kind of place we wanted, and didn't show us homes that didn't fit our needs. Instead, he did lots of research, and only showed us homes that were "spot on." On the third try, we found the house we wanted and Tom skillfully advised us through a multiple-bidder situation.
During the sale of our other home, Tom helped us with staging the property and he marketed it effectively to other agents, so that we also had multiple offers above our expected price.
Tom knows the market and his craft well, but even more importantly, he's honest, timely, dependable, and fun! It was pleasure to business with him, and we'd highly recommend him.

Bought a home in 2012.
Tom was our property manager for a rental home that my wife and I leased for a year in Menlo Park and when it came time to search for a home to purchase, we turned to Tom for guidance.
Tom was very prepared and made the process of looking at homes easy and efficient and his knowledge and enthusiasm were greatly appreciated.
