Bought a home in 2012.
My wife and I decided we should buy instead of rent. After wondering more than 50 properties we had only one development we were interested in living in. We contacted Tom and we made the acceptable offer but the seller backed out for some reason. We were about to sign a lease but Tom found another property in the same development we wanted and we signed the contract.
Tom kept in contact with us almost on a daily basis, sometimes several calls a day to keep us informed of the status. We are now the proud owner of her first home and totally in love with everything about her home. Thank you Tom for all your hard work and dedication and making our dream come true.”

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Wilmington, MA.
Tom was great to work with. My wife and I had a difficult schedule to work with but he would meet with us evenings whenever we asked. My biggest fear working with an agent is they would get frustrated with us if we looked at a lot of places without making an offer. He was very patient and didn't try to talk us into anything but instead gave us his honest opinion of each house we looked at. It took a while but we found a great house.

When my husband and I purchased our first property, we did everything ourselves, including finding potential properties, scheduling showings, researching comps, and negotiating. We chose this path because we were repeatedly annoyed and let down by realtors who were solely looking out for their own best interests. When purchasing our next property, we intended to again do everything ourselves. By chance, however, we ended up meeting Tom, and decided to give the realtor-route one last shot. We are so glad we did.
Tom is one of the most genuine, down-to-earth, and hard working people you will ever meet. I describe him as a “back in the day” businessman, because he is truthful and up-front with you, and he actually prefers a good old handshake and verbal commitment rather than requiring his clients to sign their lives away with six-month legalities to gain his services.
Tom was well-educated on homes in our area, well-versed in real estate tactics and seller strategies, and open and honest about potential issues with certain properties (even if it meant ending a deal and losing a potential commission). With Tom’s assistance we found a beautiful new home at a price we were comfortable with. We could not have been happier with Tom’s services, and we highly recommend him to everyone in the home-buying process.

Sold a home in 2012.
I have known Tom for more than five years, He helped me buy my home and, most recently, sell my home. Both transactions took a lot of time and patience. Tom was always very helpful and knowledgable about the buying and selling process and with his help, I felt much more confident in signing name on both purchase and sale agreements.

My Wife and I spent a long time looking for a perfect home for our family and Tom was detrimental in that process. He stuck by us and our quirkiness and showed us many homes before we found the perfect one. There was no question that Tom did not have an answer to. We were very impressed with his skills and knowledge and would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a home. Tom responds immediately to all calls and e-mails and is extremely professional, it was a pleasure doing business with him .

We would highly recommend Tom, especially to first time home buyers. From the start Tom did a great job of explaining the home buying process and letting us know what to expect. Tom worked around our schedule to view houses and was always there to provide us his expert opinion. You can tell he wants to get his clients into the right house and has a true passion for what he does. He’s always accessible and very responsive, even checking in with us when he was out of town. Tom went above and beyond once we moved into our house by stopping by to congratulate us and see how everything was going. Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2011 for approximately $325K in South Dorchester, Dorchester Center, MA.
Tom was the 3rd agent company/ agent I finally landed on and stayed with him because of his attentiveness to the process and my needs, his ability to accomidate my schedule and timing, his genuine nature and his keen knowledge of real estate. This was my first home and I could have never gone through this rigorious process without his guidance and support. My 5 star rating across the board is no joke. I will forever have Tom in my network and highly recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Tom was great. He knew what we were looking for and was able to narrow down our search so we wouldn't waste our time looking at stuff that did not fit our criteria. When we went out to see houses he always arrived before us to check out the house to make sure that the room sizes were what we were looking for and if not when we got to the house he would say let's move on the rooms are too small. I loved that because we didn't waste any time on houses that would not have worked for us. Tom is very straightforward and is on your side. He is also very accomodating when it comes to making his schedule open so it works with the availability that you have. He did a great job helping us and we were very thankful.

My experience with Tom has been wonderful. He is always accessible and looking to help with the process however he can. He is very knowledgeable about the whole process. He was extremely patient through my home buying process. I changed locations, types of houses, sizes, everything and he was more than happy to change and keep looking. His only goal was to get me in the house that I wanted, unlike other agents who just push making a sale. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking for an agent.
I would highly recommend anyone that is looking to purchase a home to contact Tom. He is very knowledgeable of the local area and is good at finding homes that suit the purchasers taste and budget. His relaxed personality helps to put the home buyer at ease, as does his extensive experience. The best part is that in purchasing a new home, we feel that we have made a friend. Thanks Tom!
