Yes, the interior is dated. However, I don't think you're seeing the value of this beautiful, private, wooded lot, which is a full acre and is backed by open space and a creek. It is pretty rare to find a full acre in Rocklin at this price. The Zestimate is usually low on properties like this, for example: A recent sale on the same street; 6408 Rainier closed in August for $554,000. It was on .75 acre, and the house was much smaller, at 2162 sq ft. While it sold for $554k, the Zestimate shows $443k.
