Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $325K in Antioch, CA.Summary:
Tom had to sell my house TWICE in 30 days because the initial buyers tried to requalify for more financing and were not approved. Tom was not fazed. He had the house re-staged and back on the market in less than a week and it sold AGAIN 5 days later!
Tom is extremely knowledgeable and patiently guided me through the process. He worked with many contractors and inspectors without missing a beat. Customer service is like no other, including responding to an alarm event from a foiled break-in at 3 in the morning! (I had moved out of state and he had agreed to be the primary contact for the alarm company).
Aside from selling my house for my asking price, his final gesture was to provide a notebook of all key documents for my records. AMAZING!
