Legal action is probably not necessary. If a website is not accurately displaying the data you should send an email to the operators of that site (there's always a "feedback" or "help" button somewhere). If it's something like Zillow that is NOT getting a feed from the agent's MLS, then it may need to be corrected manually. Again, if the listing agent can't help, contact the website operator - they're not all real good at maintaining their data...Or you can take down the names and numbers of the people contacting you to buy the home and sell those "leads" to some realtors... ok that was a joke.
The Ethical Issues when Claiming a Sale is quite confusing and still unfair even if it has been revised or modified. What are your thoughts regarding this?
News Source: http://www.contracostatimes.com/realestatenews/ci_12858923In the past recessions, it was the real estate industry that helped the economy get back on track. However, this time around, the real estate industry is also suffering. What are your thoughts about this topic? What do you think would help solve the economy crisis?
Usually it is through referrals. It indeed wise to ask your friends and relatives if they could suggest one for you. Finding one on your own would be hard.
Scholar Michael Zelin's novel solution to the crisis would give troubled borrowers the option of moving into cheaper property owned by other troubled borrowers, who themselves would move down. This seems to be the obvious solution, but not all are taking it. They are calling this "dreams vs means" concept. What are your thoughts on this?I agree that this is the lesser of two evils, better move down rather than to be homeless.
