Tom Smith began his real estate career in 1975 after extensive sales training and experience with the Southwestern Company of Nashville, Tennessee and earning a degree from Oklahoma State University. Tom, known as a hard working nice guy, has continuously ranked among the top 3% of sales agents nationwide. He was broker/owner of his own real estate company managing five offices and over 100 agents. His company, one of Oklahoma's largest, was awarded national advertising awards by Better Homes and Gardens. Tom has held offices and served on many committees for his local Board of REALTORS and MLS. As a believer in providing the best service to his clientele he has continued his professional education by earning the designations GRI, Graduate REALTORS Institute; CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, a designation held by only 3.7% of the nations one million REALTORS. Tom is also a trained Senior Real Estate Specialist and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. As a team, he and Vivian have been the top sales agents at Keller Williams Gulfside Realty. Tom is a member of the Pinellas REALTORS Association, the Suncoast MLS, the Florida Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS.
