What is the local real estate market going to do? I get this question a lot these days. I can forecast a market that''s far better than the past, at least the past few years. The Single most important difference is a continuing increase in the number of overall transactions-closed and under contract in all of Fairfield County for 2013. Of course, there are exceptions because local markets are indeed local. But the pattern is a good one.
Why? Prices have stabilized (informed sellers know properties must be priced strategically based on comparable sales). There''s a spike in consumer confidence, financing is very affordable, and a decline in distressed sales. It has been an interesting year in real estate. The company I have worked for during the past 15 years- Prudential CT Realty- sold to Warren Buffett''s Berkshire Hathaway. Our new brand has opened so many doors for buyers and sellers attracting worldwide prestige.
I''m proud to announce that I was once again ranked in the top 3% of REALTORS in North America with over 24 Million in sales and 32 transactions In the past 12 months. The key to this success is working with each client PERSONALLY through every step, as long as it takes. When work with ME you get ME!
