Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125k in Unnamed Neighborhood, Tucson, AZ.Summary:
My wife and I recently had to short-sale our home, and we had the privilege of working with Tom and Janie. I couldn't recommend them enough. This was an extremely hard time for my wife and I, and Tom and Janie made our transition as easy as possible.
They were extremely helpful with all of our questions, and were very diligent with getting all of the paper-work and transactions handled with the banks. (not an easy task by any means) They were highly professional on all fronts, kind, patient, and compassionate, and I never had to question their integrity once. When we are able to buy a house again, I wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them again.
Sincerely,
Christian and Katie

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $300k in Oro Valley, AZ.Summary:
Tom and Janie are a terrific team. They know the real estate markets. They understand financial market forces and trends and are great at hand-holding through the mortgage maze that the dingbats in Wahsington DC have created for the home buyer. They are tireless in their efforts to satisfy both buyer and seller. Even after the closing, they stand ready to help with your needs and questions. One couldn't ask for better and more knowledgeable support in the home buying or selling process.

Bought a Condo home in 2009 for approximately $300k in Tucson, AZ.Summary:
Tom and Janie made finding and purchasing a house an amazingly enjoyable experience and we did much of it while still living in Iowa via the internet. Both the search tools made available to us and their constant personal efforts were awesome. This wonderfully talented and personable couple made us feel like we were working with a family member or close friend. Though given a rigid set of requirements for our prospective home, they found it at the price we wanted to pay. We highly recommend them to help you in the future.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $150k in Tucson, AZ.Summary:
Tom and Janie went far beyond normal real estate expectations. I sent my wife to Tucson to find a house and they just took compete care of her. They were patient taking Nancy to every house that was close to what we were looking for. After Nancy found our house they assisted in making sure we able to qualify and bid properly to get the house. They insured that the house would pass inspection by finding a reasonably priced contractor to do some minor touch ups. They sent me photos so that I could see what was going on. I trusted them so much that I never saw the house until after our household goods were on the truck heading to Tucson.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $425k in Tucson, AZ.Summary:
Agents were so supposed to represent us in transaction, but were of no value add. The suggested home inspector and inspection was a farce. Many items were broken on move out and we did not see, but no effort was made by agent to try and correct. Poor form.
Stay away from these guys if you are buying.

Response from Tom and Janie
We deeply regret the feelings of these buyers and tried our very best to please them. We pride ourselves in our superior customer service and we do succeed most of the time. They chose a well recognized professional certified home inspection service which completed a very thorough inspection. We always demand a final walkthrough just before closing to verify all the repairs have been completed and the home is left in good condition. There were a few small items that we wanted to address but the buyer had already told the seller that he would take care of those himself. We believe that he was just trying to show concern for the seller, but we would rather our clients not negotiate away their rights without first consulting us! Sometimes, in spite of our best efforts, we just cannot please some. We wish these buyers the very best in their new home!
