I would highly recommend Tom Davis!!! He found a perfect house for me that had everything I wanted in the price range I needed. Tom worked around my schedule and always responded immediately to questions or paperwork. He crawled under the floor of a house for me to check the foundation! Tom even helped me months after I bought the house when I was having trouble with the home warranty company. Tom Davis is an EXCELLENT agent. I will use him again and you should too!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with Tom Davis on a recent new home purchase. Words can not express how pleased we are with Tom's services. Tom is very knowledgable in his field, he was always available to answer any questions we had and was on the ball with showing us homes in our price range. When we found a house we liked he worked quickly to get our offer in and was right on with what we should offer etc. He really helped our process to be smooth. I will use Tom again for any realistate needs in the future!
My sister and I were looking for a first-time home purchase. We weren't Tom's biggest clients, we weren't going for million-dollar homes, but Tom treated us with integrity, good humor, respect, and, most importantly, acute attention to what we needed and could afford. Tom constantly fine-tuned listings to point us to what would eventually be the perfect home for us, and he did it all with great insight, tireless hard work, and his affable demeanor which instantly put us at ease.
Seriously, this guy is a gem. If I'm ever in the market to purchase a 2nd home, I would not think twice about choosing Tom once again. He is the unique union of a relaxed, warm personality combined with a hardworking, insightful professional. Highly, highly recommended.
