Tom and Kara of Weichert Realtors were very knowledgeable of the area and process and not only helped me find the perfect multi family to purchase, they helped me find ideal tenants in a very quick turn around time. I could not recommend them higher

Tom is the GUY if you have a short sale you want listed. We've worked with Tom on several of our short sales and he knows how to market to get the properties under contract and sold!!!

Showed home in 2011 in Hampton Beach, Town of Hampton, NH.
I have worked with Mr McGuirk many times. He has always provided me with the most up to date information on properties in this area. His knowledge is unparalleled. He is always a quick call away, and at a minimum gets right back to you. Mr McGuirk is the only agent I would buy property from. He is ethical, knowledgeable, professional and very responsive.

Sold a home in 2011.
I have known Tom for 3 years. In that time he has assisted in the purchase of 4 homes and I have sold 3 with his assistance. I have never worked with someone so responsive, honest, hardworking and brilliant with homeowner financing. I have the utmost respect for Tom.
