    Bought a Condo home in 2012 in South San Francisco, CA.
    Our dream of owning a nice condo in the Bay Area of San Francisco has been realized with Ton's help.

    As Alaskans, we never had the experience of purchasing a house in another state. When we first began searching for a vacation home early this year, we also had a very limited knowledge of the area. Ton was the first one who responded to our request for a local real estate agent. During my first trip there, he picked me up at the airport and showed me around the Peninsula area to narrow down on the properties that we might be interested in. With Ton's professionalism and deep knowledge in the real estate market, we were able to quickly secure a deal.

    Due to an unusual situation which had arisen in the short sale process, our closing date was postponed. As result, we had to cancel our trip to SF and arrange other services. Ton and his assistant, Vanessa, provided us with extra assistance, such as inspecting the condo, coordinating a fire inspection, receiving the shipment of our van from Alaska (and bring it to a mechanic for repair), and accepting a furniture delivery on our behalf.

    Ton and his team works in a very ethical, honest, and professional manner in helping their clients. We would whole-heartedly recommend them to people with real estate needs.    …More Less

    Sold a home in 2006.
    Ton has helped me refinanced multiple times on my properties. Since I have a very complex salary structure, I was rejected by Wells Fargo, and other do it yourself on-line brokers. However, Ton was able to pull it off every time with professionalism. I highly recommand him for refinancing especially if you have a complex case.…More Less

    Bought a Condo home in 2012 in South San Francisco, CA.
    Ton is so nice! I contacted him after reading that he has 13 years of experience and he took me on a tour of available properties in the city that same weekend. He is very knowledgeable about the Bay Area real estate market but what I liked the most is that he was always on my side when it comes to negotiation time. I was completely clueless about what I was doing at first and he really took the time to make sure that I understood how everything works and what I would be agreeing to on my contracts. Together, we found a great condo for me at an incredible price and he even took care of a lot of things for me since I travel for work all the time and don't have time to look after everything (such as property inspections and such). I trust him completely with everything about my property and my loan. I strongly recommend talking to him for anyone who is still in the search of that perfect home.…More Less

    Having served many clients over the last decade, I've enjoyed the awesome opportunity of representing many through the roller coaster markets of this 21st century.
