Sold a Single Family home in 1999 for approximately $100K in Lynn, MA.
I've worked with Colleen since I was 19 (1999) she helped my husband (who was 20 at the time) and I purchased our first house! She was there every step of the way guiding us through the unfamiliar process. When our family grew and we needed something bigger she helped us yet again sell our house and finding a bigger home for our family. She has always been there to help us and answer our questions. When my dad was looking to buy a house, I immediately recommended Colleen. She really focuses on what you want and need in a home. Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2009 in Lynn, MA.
I have been working with Colleen for the past 4 years, buying and selling real estate. She is the best. Colleen is very knowledgeable about real estate, contacts, etc. . . all aspects of real estate. I callher often with questions and she always gets back to me with the information I need. The thing I like the most about working with Colleen is that she know what I want and calls when things become available. She is never "pushy." I have had dealings with real estate agents in the past and Colleen has been a breath of fresh air.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $275K in Lynn, MA.
She was always available,even on weekends and pleasant personality .
Very helpful in getting a good lawyer and keeping us connected to him at the right times.
She got all the correct paper work at the right time ;to the right person .;and who to notify.
I was a Canadian selling the house for my aunt ;so I had no knowledge of the American system; Colleen walked us through the process and got us our price .
We are very grateful to Colleen for all the efforf,knowledge,experience ,she brought to our selling . Roland

Sold a Single Family home in 2007 for approximately $275K in Lynn, MA.
We sold a home and bought a new home and were very lucky we working with Colleen. She brings a ton of knowledge to the table which was very helpful in selecting our new home, from pointing out potential issues, the negotiation process and right through to the closing. Colleen was very easy to work with and made our experience much less stressful. I would definitely recommend Colleen.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 in Swampscott, MA.
Colleen Toner is very knowledgeable and professional. She sold ma a 3 family in 2008 and I am now looking for another 2-3 family. I recomended my son to her,as he is looking for 2-3 family also. I have a lot of faith in her. She always gets back to me in a timely manner and has shown me houses that I may be interested in or has called me if she thinks I may be interested in a property.

Bought a Single Family home in 2008 for approximately $175K in Lynn, MA.
Colleen is very experienced and competent. I highly recommend her. She was very helpful with my home purchase in 2008. She was very knowledgeable about the current market prices at the time, and was also very aware of what the owners were looking for. This helped the transaction to go quickly and smoothly. She also helped to quickly resolve a dispute with the seller related to my prepaid closing costs. She has continued to help me even after the sale to advice me related to my obtaining equity loans for my house, and what the current market would allow. She is also very pleasant to work with.
