Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Wedgwood, Seattle, WA.
Tony was great to work with! We did a VA loan so there were some additional restrictions and hoops to jump through, but he was all over it! He acted on every request and question that we had thoroughly and promptly. Tony has a great attitude and a great sense of humor too - he made buying a home fun!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $625K in Fremont, Seattle, WA.
We are first time home buyers and Tony was wonderful to work with. He's very personable, takes the time to explain terms and processes and has vast knowledge of the Seattle real estate scene. We valued the fact that he was extremely responsive and prompt and available whenever we had questions. We would totally recommend him to whomever might be in the market to buy!

Bought a home in 2014.
I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. As a first time home buyer I knew very little about the process and almost nothing about the Seattle market.

After a few lackluster experiences with some real estate agents I was a little frustrated. I found that many will provide comments about style or decor of homes which is not useful. Tony on the other hand had an impressive repertoire. Due to his knowledge of structure and water drainage I was able to avoid buying a very unfortunately constructed townhouse.

After I had decided on a home, he recommended a very reliable mortgage brokerage that worked hard to get me a loan. Meanwhile he was communicative without being pushy. And was present at all important inspections and events. Best of all, since Tony is associated with Redfin, I was able to get the same credit that redfin agents provide their customers. It was best of both worlds! Redfin benefit without the somewhat apathetic participation of Redfin agents.

Even after the home purchase I have called Tony with random questions that he is happy to answer. And he has suggested reliable agencies for home maintenance. I recommend him fully!

Bought a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $225K in Shoreline, WA.
Tony was very helpful through the entire process. He was very accessible through email as we were looking for the right place and considering options. The home I picked was a Fannie Mae owned home and he did a good job navigating through the particulars of the transaction.

Bought a home in 2013.
Tony helped me find my first home. A few other realtors turned me away because I was looking at some short sale and foreclosed properties, but Tony was fast to respond and didn't mind that it might be extra work to close on these homes. I was also worried about even attempting to buy a house in case a realtor might think I'm not worth their time because of my age, but Tony never even gave a hint that I might be a waste of his time.

I was looking for a structurally sound home that I could do extra work on to make it beautiful. He listened to what I was looking for and I really appreciated his honesty - If he didn't think a home was a good fit for me, he openly told me "I don't think this is worth it". I needed that extra input because this is a big decision, and I'm doing it all by myself. Tony has a good idea of what kind of work you have to do on a home that will increase the value of the home versus the kind of work that will just be a money sink but is necessary to make the place livable. He also has first hand experience in how much certain jobs should cost if you would have to make a major repair to the house and can recommend contractors to help you. Even after I bought the house, Tony still said he's available to recommend experts for the many projects I have planned to fix up my house.

Overall, I'm very happy I found Tony to help me with this process. He was friendly and extremely helpful. He obviously loves his job and prioritizes your best interest. Buying a house is scary, but Tony is calming and makes it fun.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $475K in East Ballard, Seattle, WA.
As first time homebuyers, my wife and I were anxious about the process. From the get go, Tony impressed us with his knowledge of Seattle real estate. He's a straight shooter, which we definitely appreciated. After laying out our budget and long wish list, Tony really helped ground our expectations in reality! It took a few months of searching, a pre-inspection, and escalating offer, but we got a great home in a tremendous neighborhood. Many thanks to Tony O. for his patience and expertise throughout the process.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Haller Lake, Seattle, WA.
I really enjoyed working with Tony, I was operating on a tight budget and he was more then willing to work through some of the difficulties that came along with it. He was always available, even answering questions and working through the deal while on vacation. I would highly recommend working with Tony as he is very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of home buying.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $700K in Issaquah, WA.
I originally engaged Tony to help my find my "dream house" in an area with very limited inventory. It took well over a year before an appropriate house came on the market but Tony was diligent during all that time: keeping an eye on the market and keeping me informed of the steps he was taking to find the perfect house. He even talked to current residents of the area to make sure he was informed of houses coming onto the market!

I ended up with the perfect house and a hassle free purchase. I was so pleased with the way Tony represented me during the purchase of my new home that I listed my old house with him. Again, he was knowledgeable, always there when I had a question and we sold the house within a week. Words cannot express how helpful he was -- everything from staging my home to untangling my title to the property!

If this system had 10 stars, that is how I would rate Tony as an agent for buyers or sellers. Also, he's just a really nice guy to work with!

Tony’s a longtime personal friend, so when I decided to look for a house, TonyO was my man. I’m not sure he knew what he was in for at the time. I certainly didn’t. All the while Tony was there to patiently answer my questions and quell my nerves. On Friday, I closed on a new home purchase. That guy TonyO, he’s a cool cat.

Sold a Condo home in 2013 for approximately $175K in University District, Seattle, WA.
Tony helped me sell my condo quickly despite issues with the board and a sticky special assessment. I would use him again without hesitation. He also helped me identify and coordinate a stager, contractors, cleaning, and a photographer (who he paid for) in order to get the place ready to sell.
