Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $150K in Torrance, CA.
If you are a first-time homebuyer, I highly recommend that you shouldhave a talk with Tony Warfield. I did not know anything about homepurchasing especially the numbers & terminologies that went-on duringthe deals. Tony patiently sat me down and explained every page of thelisting offer that I was interested on. He answered questions I hadprior signing it. It did not end there, but I had to call or e-mail himfollowing up some more queries about what I signed. He was veryaccomodating and responded accordingly even after business hours. Healso explained some bank documents I had to sign from the loan officerand escrow docs until it closed. The rest was history.

Bought a home in 2011.
Tony was great in helping search for our 1st home! Regardless of my neverending questions, sometimes the same ones, he was always replied with a smile. It got pretty hectic sometimes but he was there to walk us thru it. I will most certanly recommend him to family & friends.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $400K in Hawthorne, CA.
Tony handled the sale of our grandmother's home after she died. He was always prompt and neat. Very knowledgeable of the area and comp sales. He is very honest and I would definitely recommend him to my closest family and friends. His open lines of communication and attention to every detail put us at ease during the sale. I would choose him again for any sales with out hesitation.

Sold a home in 2011.
This was a very emotional experience for me as it was my Mom's house and she passed away recently. Tony was very compassionate and very knowledgeable as to what the procedures were for a trust sale. He kept me informed all the time as to what was taking place, and what documents would need to be completed. All of the neighbors that met him were very impressed with his genuine, honest personality. Two of them want Tony to be their agent when they list their homes. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent.

Bought a home in 2011.
Tony Warfield went out of his way to ensure we purchased the rental property we really wanted. His ability to focus on the most important issues helped us secure the property. Tony handled the many hurdles the financial institutions through at us with professionalism and poise, staying calm all the way through escrow.
