Tony Martinez walked into our lives as if wearing a halo and wings, not only providing expert professional service to us in the short sale of our property, but doing so while being respectful of our difficult situation, engaging and communicative, and acting as an active, passionate advocate for us in the process. At every turn, he kept our interests at the forefront, fending off the lien-holders and getting for us a fair deal quickly, despite a soft market and some obstinate lenders. Tony and his team know the processes, tools and people to keep these difficult deals moving without giving up advantage. Sold a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Torrance, CA.
Tony Martinez and his team helped my short sale process run smoothly. Not too long ago, I was in a situation where I needed to put my condo up for sale. I was very apprehensive about being upside down in my property and needing to sale. After a brief meeting with Tony about my case, I began to feel at ease. He explain my options and we put together the best course of action. Tony's team worked diligently on my case and kept me involved with updates every step of the way. Tony always made himself available and answered questions in a timely manner via email or phone. After a couple of offers fell through, my condo was sold thanks to the efforts of Tony Martinez and his team. I would certainly recommend Tony Martinez to anyone who has real estate needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Redondo Beach, CA.
Tony Martinez did a excellent job in helping us with our mortgage. We were amazed at the outcome. We would most likely have not been able to keep our house if he would not have helped us. We did recommend him to our son who was also as pleased as we were. He did everything to help us and was always there to answer questions and explain all that we needed to know. We are planning on using Tony again in the near future. We do feel his negotiation skills are excellent and were very surprised at the results. We thank him so much for all that he did for us.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Tony Martinez and his team of professionals are the bomb. They worked tirelessly to short sale three of our properties, one in Toledo OH, and two in GA. My wife and I feel very blessed that we had came across Tony and company. We can now breath much easier knowing that we are out from underneath the debt of the homes that we had originally bought with good intentions (investment properties) however, with the upside down turn of the market we had to make a smart business decision and that is where Tony Martinez and co. really came through for us, we can't be thankful enough.
