Sold a home in 2010.
We had a house on the market for several months, we could not get our previous agent to commit to anything and we were floundering...along comes Tony and he was able to price our house fairly and after studying the market called us and had us put our home up for sale at a time that seemed totally wrong...but Tony explained to us that with the little amount of homes on the market this was probably our best bet. Sure enough within a week we had an offer, a very solid offer from a qualified buyer...we closed about 45 days later. He is very knowledgeable and is very good about returning calls. He did a fantastic job handling the home inspection and his experience with buying and selling homes over the years helps in determining what needs to be repaired to pass inspection.
