Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Oxon Hill, MD.
Where do I start Tonya and I had been looking for my house for about 3 years maybe longer. She's very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. For every breakdown, question, concern and fear I had she was right by my side or a call or text away. I've been in my house going 2 yrs now and without Tonya being who she is, I wouldn't have my house. So if you want someone that make sure you get what you want, than Tonya Coleman is your agent.

Bought a home in 2012.
There was not a time that I needed a question answered, anxiety relieved or a concern dissipated, that Tonya wasn’t there with a solution. She was my “escalation”, a termed affectionately given her during my short sale buying experience. The result is that I purchased the house that I wanted as my home.

My homebuying experince with Tonya was beyond great!. From the time of our first meeting to the date of my settlement was about a year (longer than I expected). I was a first time homebuyer who was extremely picky, had a strict budget and knew exactly what I wanted in my head but wasn't always easily able to verablize it. Tonya was encouraging, persistent (but not pushy), knowledgeable and professional....and most of all she was patient! She wanted me to have exactly what I wanted. She was considerate of the fact that this was a big long term commitement/ investment for me and walked me through the entire process. She made me feel like a priority and that finding the right house was as important to her as it was to me. The experince and outcome of my homebuying journey with Tonya was exciting, frustrating and disappointing at times (just due to the process), supportive and encouraging but most of all so worthwhile. And I absolutely LOVE my house!!!! Thanks Tonya Coleman ;-)

Tonya is the best! As a military couple that moves every three years, we've had the opportunity to deal with several agents. Tonya is by far the best. Not only is she fun to work with, but she listens and was able to quickly discern what we were looking for in a home. This saved us many hours in our search because Tonya always showed us properties that met or exceeded our requirements. I would highly recommend Tonya to my family, friends and collegues. Bought a home in 2012.
I am a first time buyer and I don’t think I could have found a better agent. Tonya was very patient with me and always looking out for my best interest. Several times I was ready to just buy a home out of frustration but she was there to keep me going and on track. I learned a lot from her and found “my” perfect home.
She has excellent knowledge of the market and the home buying process as a whole. And my favorite thing about her was her incredible availability to me (her clients) and the fact she was in it to find me the perfect house of my dreams “not the commission of just finding me a house”.
