Topher's career in Washington, DC real estate stems from the development climate in the late 1990's while studying Urban Planning at the University of Virginia's Architecture School graduate program. After returning to Washington in 2000, he focused on urban infill development projects in Penn Quarter, Logan Circle and Chevy Chase. His work then drew him closer to home in the NOMA, H Street, Ballpark Riverfront and Hill East submarkets of Capitol Hill where community development opportunities continue to consistently bloom.

Since 2008, Topher has turned his focus from development to helping people, businesses and investors find homes, offices, retail space and investment buildings throughout the City. Although his primary expertise continues to be close to where he lives, on Capitol Hill and among the various submarkets that exist throughout Ward 6.

Topher is an active member of CHAMPS – the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce, the Urban Land Institute and the National Building Museum. He lives on Lincoln Park with his wife Deborah and their 2 children.

Dare Johnson Wenzler, Realtor

A 3rd generation Washingtonian and 15+ year Capitol Hill resident, Dare represents buyers and sellers in Washington DC. Prior to starting her real estate career, she spent over 13 years at AOL in business development, marketing and client management.

Dare also co owns a local wine business , First Vine Wine Imports + Sales and paints portraits on commission. She lives with her husband and young daughter halfway between Union Station and Eastern Market.
