Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Melbourne, FL.
When it was time for me to purchase a townhome in the Suntree area, I was referred to Dominick Tosta to assist me. He was amazing in every way you would want a realtor to be. He showed us homes late in the evening and on weekends when it was convenient for us. He is extremely knowledgable and helped everything go perfectly smoothly. He found our home and the rest is history. I would recommend Dominick to anyone with real estate needs.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $300K in Indialantic, FL.
I have worked with Dominick on several transactions, and can say without doubt he is one of the very best in Brevard County. I work with agents all over the state, and it quickly becomes apparent which ones are the real pros when things get complicated. Dominick is always available to handle any issues that arise during the transaction. He truly cares about getting his customers the best deal and providing the best service. Highly recommended!

Bought a home in 2011.
This was our first home we bought. We did'nt have alot of knowledge or understanding on what we should look for in buying a home. When we met with Dominick he under stood this and sat down with us and went over everything we needed to know, he even turned us away from a couple of house due to problems he saw that we didnt. He took the time to show us what he saw and why he did'nt reconmend that house.. It made us fill comfortable with him and a good filling he was looking for our best interested and wasnt just after a paycheck. I would highly reconmend Dominick to anyone looking to purches or even sell their home. I promise you want be disappointed and when its all said and done you want fill like you you just made a bussiness deal but you made a good friend out of it as well..

Looking for a new home can be quite a difficult process these days. There is the mixture of joy and worry. I wanted to find something that was just right for me, yet everywhere I looked I didn't feel "this is the home for me." Dominick was with our family during the entire process. In fact, he helped us for almost a year. He understood our needs, was not pushy,and really cared about us as people. Many real estate agents would have just wanted to earn money,but Dominick went far and beyond of what is expected. He was patience, kind and understanding. Not only did he find us the home we love, he helped us through the entire paperwork process,which can be quite enduring. I would recommend Mr. Tosta to to all ny friends and to anyone who want someone to care for "their" needs. Without him we honestly would never have found our dream home. I can say from my heart, that we would never have been so happy,nor would we have found our dream home without Dominick. Mr. Tosta is honest, kind, and sincere. What more can you want?

Let me just say that Dominick is the only realtor i'll ever do business with in the county. His knowledge is second to none. If you want someone dedicated to getting the job done, then Dominick is the man. He is an honest, genuine, and caring professional who is willing to go the extra mile for you. I just purchased my house in February,and I've already recommend Dominick to a few of my close friends, who are either looking to purchase or sell a home.With Dominick on your side you can't lose. He is the definition of the word "winner".
