I have known Ms Hennessey for several years and she has always been competent and well trained. She showed her experience in her profession in these last three months when we went thorough a rental property transaction. She was thorough in her work and followed through with all her commitments. Phone calls, appointments etc. She was enthusiastic in getting the property sold ASAP. She followed through all the requirements that had to be met and had them completed on dates as promised. Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
As a first time home buyer, I was shocked at all the things that I needed to consider. Where do I want to live? What are these HOA fees and what do they cover? And what exactly is crown molding? I was muddling my way through it when I walked by a condo with Tracey Hennesey?s name on it. She was so nice and helpful over the phone that I decided to give her a try. I am so glad I did!
Tracey is a wonderful agent. She took the time to explore different neighborhoods and properties with me so that I could figure out what I was looking. I never felt pressured or pushed in any direction. When I finally found the property that I wanted, Tracey made sure it was a good property and walked me through the home buying process step by step and made sure I paid a fair price.
Tracey was very accessible during the process and was always a phone call or an email away. I found her to be a very genuine, honest, and caring person who is excellent at what she does. If I were ever to buy or sell, I would definitely go with Tracey again.…More Less

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $2075k in Venice, Venice, CA.Summary:
I have been working with Tracey Hennessey since moving to LA in 2001. During that time, she has been my real estate agent for the sale of 3 and the purchase of 4 homes (during both the up market and the down market). Simply put, I have no need to work with anyone else. She understands me (not always easy to do), she knows the west side backwards and forwards, and she is instrumental in managing the process from start to finish and the inevitable negotiations.
