Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Bel Air, MD.
Ms Simms listed a townhouse for us in a location that had two or three homes for sale for a considerable period of time. Before listing she pointed out a few things that could be done to help show the house better. After doing these suggested items she had several prospects looking in a matter of days, and had a contract within 3 weeks. We were well pleased with her knowledge of the real estate and her follow up.

Tracey is personable and professional. She responded quickly and couteously to all of our questions and concerns. She helped us find the right place and encouraged us to take the time we needed to be sure that we were making the best choice. She is easy to work with and has the knowledge to help anyone find the house of their dreams.

Sold a home in 2011.
Tracey is a wonderful real estate agent. She worked very hard for us to sell one home and we definitely plan to retain her again as our agent for our next transaction. I am always impressed by her diligence, expertise, patience, hard work and responsiveness to questions. She is just a pleasure to work with!

Bought a Condo home in 2011 for approximately $250K in Aberdeen, MD.
My wife and I own a home in Hawaii and Tracy showed us an excellent property to add to our living places. She was very patient and impressed us with her negotiating skills. When our bank failed us, Tracy had another bank lined up, it is not easy getting financing when you have a mortgage on another house. Tracy worked late answered a lot of questions, but for most, told us the truth, sometimes painful but it was the truth. She is honest, charming, funny, and knowledgeable agent. It was a great pleasure to work with her and will be glad to recommend her to all of my friends, family and colleagues. She gets the job done and enjoyed every minute working with her through the process. I don't think any agent could have pulled it off, but her.

Bought a Single Family home in 2009 in Bel Air, MD.
I got lucky with Tracey, as a first time buyer I did what you're not supposed to do- call the number on the sign. But she worked with me for over 6 months with a relatively limited budget and a somewhat picky taste. She showed over 2 dozen houses in varying conditions all over the area between Harford County and Baltimore City. I thought I was quick with finding newly listed houses but she was the one who spotted the house I eventually wound up buying. She is extremely responsive and easy to work with, did well representing and negotiating. Settled in less than 4 weeks, been here over a year now. Would certainly recommend again.

Tracey took the time to understand what we were looking for in a new home and property. My husband and I were not familiar with Maryland, so we needed to rely on someone who had a deep understanding of the local market. Tracey knew what we were looking for and kept us apprised of anything new coming on the market, as well as properties we had looked at that had price reductions. Not only was she a great agent, but a pleasure to work with. Now that Tracey helped us close on the perfect home for us, we miss her! I highly recommend her as an agent for anyone looking to buy or rent in this area.

Bought a home in 2009.
As a first time home buyer, Tracey was great at helping me find something suitable. She quickly learned what qualitites I liked/disliked and showed me properties that were aprropriate. She was realistic and genuine and made the process much less stressful. We ran into difficulties going to settlement, though she worked through it and seemed to make the impossible possible.
