Sold a Townhouse home in 2012 for approximately $50K in Winterville, NC.
Tracey was always there to answer any questions I had. She made sure if I had owed anything to anyone that it would be paid before we closed any deal so I would not have to worry about anyone calling me for unpaid bills. She worked hard on getting the mortgage people to reduce the price so I could be able to sell my place. I will always recommend her to any and all of my friends & family.

Sold a home in 2010.
I considered listing my home for sale in Washington, NC. In light of the economy, I was concerned it would not sale in a reasonable period of time. However, Tracey was very confident that she could sell it. When she met me at the house, Tracey gave simple, inexpensive suggestions that improved the appearance of the home. Anytime I called her she was available at that time or responded quickly. I was very impressed with her knowledge of the real estate process. It only took about a month to sell the home, which was amazing to me. She has great realtionships with other agents which made it so easy to come to an agreement on the sale. I will recommend her to anyone and will certainly use her for any real estate sales in the future!
