Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $75K in Charleston, WV.
Traci did a wonderful job in securing a property for us. She was extremely knowledgeable as to what properties were available and was quick to respond to every question. She worked around our schedule and made herself available to show properties. We will use her again!

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 in South Charleston, WV.

Traci knew and answered all questions when I put my house on the market. She was a great asset to have. Traci is fair and will get both buyers and sellers the deal they want. She works hard for her clients and helped us find our new home after looking at hundreds of choices. Our new home is exactly what we wanted and needed. I would recommend Traci Thomas for any home buying or selling situation. We looked at houses throughout both Kanawha and Putnam counties. She had great knowledge of no tonly the homes but the communities as well. Her reality experiecnce and attitude are amazing! Traci Thomas will get positive results!
