Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $400K in Eden Prairie, MN.
We closed a house (range $350k - $400k) 2 days ago with Tracy's help. My husband and I are first time buyer with literally zero experience since we've only been in the country for less than 5 years (and we don't even live in the state of Minnesota). But Tracy educated us with a lot of knowledge in the real estate industry so that by the time we closed the deal (4 months after we first contacted her), I already feel like a master in the business. She has deep knowledge in the area. Unlike other agents that are just trying to sell a house, she gave honest feedback on the houses we viewed. Trust me, it means a lot for someone with no experience whatsoever like us. She updated us regularly if there's new properties that might interest us. And she just didn't throw the list to us, she researched them before hand. I like her work ethic; she worked hard, replied our email almost in an instant. She's also a good negotiator because we were looking for a deal and made a rather low-ball offered in a conventional sale. I am not the type of person who normally write reviews, but I feel you deserve one. We really appreciate your help in finding this house :) and thanks for making the process painless. We definitely recommend you to the potential buyers out there.

very good buyer agent. very knowledgeable regarding steps of the process of buying the house (especially since we never did this before). very responsive when you call or email her (pretty much 24-7). she also very patient while accompany us when viewing the house. very responsive to contacting our lender so the process of closing become very smooth.…More Less
