Currently Zillow does not support searches w/amenities. In Cary neighborhood amenities are something my clients are looking for. I would hope that Zillow would consider including this feature in the future.
Sunnyview - I would say that is how you get a Zillow all star badge. Based on what I have seen you have to have the most listings in your area to qualify for this honor.
Diverse Solutions is pretty expensive. TigerDirect is another good solution.
In this market, at least in mine, there aren't too many Buyers Agents offering full price. I offer based on recent comps in the neighborhood and if the price is right great. If not, I reccomend that we submit our offer with the comparables that match for the current timeframe.
I'm just curious...some profiles have ratings and some don't. Is there a survey on Zillow for clients?
I think Linked In is a great way for potential buyers and sellers to see one's accomplishments and also a way to reconnect with previous buyers. However, I don't see it as a real lead generation tool, just a gut check for homebuyers and sellers to check out your resume.
How are you advertising and positioning yourself on Craigslist? If you have a home that is a real bargain you could say something like "Deal of the Day in My Hometown" instead of 4BR, 3.5 Baths etc. The wording is key on a site like Craigslist to call attention to your listing.
$70/month. I hope this helps :)
This home is listed in the MLS in p ending status. It looks like it went under contract a couple of times. It is scheduled to close 2/19/2010
I don't buy the argument that the fee is designed to keep agents from providing inaccurate information. Last week I was at Inman in NY and Spencer indicated that is the logic behind the change and that only 1% of all agents post their listings individually. I personally feel that individual branding is key to differentiating an agent in the marketplace.
