Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Massillon, OH.
Tracy was a great help through what could have been a very stressful process, what was most impressive was how she made herself available. Evenings, weekends, holidays, and even when she was out of town. A true professional!

Bought a home in 2013.
Tracy help us for relocation of a job. She found a house in the exact location, with all the needs we put on our want list. She found us a home below our price range but with every single must have checked off. Make the move is easy because of her hard work.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Massillon, OH.
Tracy was always punctual and organized. She had a well planned itenerary each time we went house shopping. Tracy was very patient with us as we literally went through over 175 homes in the surrounding areas. She worked well with the realtors of the homes we made offers on. Although we made offers on four homes, we were finally able to find one that nearly met most of our wants and needs.
Tracy always had a positive attitude and kept us motivated even when we would get discouraged in our quest to find that perfect home.
We would recommend Tracy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She works hard to get her clients the best deal.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $175K in Canton, OH.
Tracy went out of her way to find us the perfect home in which she succeded, and couldnt be happier with it. She showed us so many homes and stuck by us the entire precess, and one of the nicest and sweetest ladies I have ever met, and so very professional and sure kows her houses and could answer any question we would ask
plus she is very funny and knd and just a true pro to her profession and without her sticking with us, we wouldnt of found our dream house.

Bought a home in 2013.
Tracy helped me find my first home. I, like most home owners, was picky and knew what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. She helped me through the process of bank owned homes since those were the ones that I saw fit. Even when we were far along the process and too many red flags popped up she was able to get my money back. She was able to negotiate with the banks so I could get what I wanted. She would always answer the phone or call back that same day. I am very happy with the home.

I am so lucky i found Tracy during the search for my first home! Before meeting her i had dealt with a couple different agents that were very frustrating. I found them hard to get ahold of and hard to work with. One agent literally said"well keep looking and we will get together in a couple weeks". Tracy was a breathe of fresh air with her professionalism and work ethic! Even though i was only looking for a home around 70k she treated me no different than she would a customer looking for a million dollar home. She was very easy to get a hold of everytime i found a house of interest and would have the property visit scheduled the same day. Tracy knew this was all new to me so her expertise with the process was priceless! She also gave me very valuable input at times that truly helped me make the best choice. I am very thankful i found Tracy and would recomend her to anyone!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Louisville, OH.
As a first time home buyer, buying a foreclosure property with needed renovations, the process itself was not great. However, Tracy was one person I could count on through it all. She really helped the very long process to move as smoothly as she possibly could. She always responded VERY quickly to questions and kept checking on other members of the process (such as the title agent...) to keep things moving. I really appreciated her knowledge and expertise as a real estate agent and her care and concern for my particular case. I would definitely do business again with Tracy and would recommend her highly.

Tracy was extremely helpful throughout my home purchase experience. She contacted me quickly and was eager to help me through each step of the process. I was a first time home buyer and she was there to help me learn and figure out the process. Tracy has an optimistic attitude and when we weren't able to get the first few homes I liked she kept encouraging me and was almost always available when I wanted to see a home. We looked at probably 30 homes together and she never once treated me like an unimportant client. The home I found is perfect for me now and was around 50,000. I will refer her to friends and family

Tracy is a complete professional who takes a very proactive approach when helping one find and purchase a home. I contacted Tracy after having disappointing results from previous agents, but Tracy stepped up for the challenge. Has good negotiating skills and it's automatic for her to try and save you as much money as possible, which is rare. She is also well connected within the financial industry who have the same traits as Tracy, trying to save one money and being very responsive. Would recommend Tracy for all!
