My overall experience with Tracy wasn't the best. I can't say that it was completely horrible though. But I would not recommend her to any of my family who is looking to buy or sell.

I always felt rushed while we were looking at houses. Seemed like every time she just followed us around and turned lights off as we went, even if I wanted to spend more time in a house. One night we looked at about 4 in the span of an hour, and that was with driving time across town. Granted we were not in love with the houses we did look at, but even still I like to be able to look around without feeling rushed.

I always felt like I had to ask multiple times before I would get an answer to any questions I had. I would send a text, and end up with a one word answer to a multiple point question.

Once we found the house that we eventually bought, I asked for a listing of home inspectors that I could contact. She gave me one guy that I guess she works with pretty regularly. So I went out on my own and found someone. I wasn't to keen on the idea of using someone who was bias. Funny thing was when I told my Guy about Tracy and him, he didn't want to comment on some of the things he knew. By that time I am guessing I made her mad by dropping Howard Hanna's Mortgage company and her inspector, so I never really heard much out of her from that point on. I would ask her questions still but only get one word answers.

Tracy never showed up for closing, denied receiving an email from my loan officer that I was CC'd on and had a copy, and made me pick up my own keys for the house after transfer. I know I was a first time home buyer, and maybe it was a misconception on my part, but I thought this was something that Realtor's did.

Over all I can say I'm glad that I didn't have to pay for her services. And I will more then likely not recommend her to anyone I know.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $500K in Akron, OH.

Tracy did a great job helping us to find a house. She was quick, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive from the start through the purchase. She also answered our questions directly and realistically without any BS. We'll definitely refer her to others looking to buy or sell property.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $175K in Louisville, OH.

My wife and I were very fortunate in that we made an offer and purchased the first home we looked at (and LOVE IT!), so we did not have to go through an extensive showing process. Tracy was able to negotiate with the selling agent and had an acceptance on what was essentially our opening offer the next day for us! She referred us to her in-house mortgage department and helped guide us through the financing, and ultimately closing, processes. Very smooth transaction from start to finish, we are quite happy with her service and do not hesitate to recommend her.

Sold a home in 2013 in Greensburg, Green, OH 44720.

I can honestly say that Tracy Wanner is the best. From the showing of the first house, to the one I purchased countless houses later, Tracy was very helpful every step of the way. She is extremely knowledgable , professional, and was able to make herself available to my schedule. I could not have asked for a better agent to help with the purchase of my home in North Canton. Thanks again Tracy!

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $100K in Canton, OH.

I enjoyed working with Tracy on our first home purchase very much. Tracy was always extremely quick to get back to us about anything, any question, big or small. I often would send her an email at night after work thinking she would get back to me the next morning and I'd get a response within 15 minutes. It's hard to overstate how willing she is to make herself available to her clients, which is a great comfort when dealing with such a big, stressful transaction for the first time.

When our first deal fell through due to damage at the property, Tracy worked diligently to make sure I was treated fairly even when the "other side" was being difficult. In what was a very strange situation, she really went to bat for us in a way that I don't think every agent would feel comfortable doing. We would have been lost without her, and she helped to save our earnest money deposit.

When it came time to offer on our house, Tracy was more than willing to hear me out on what I thought the bidding strategy should be, and to offer her suggestions for fair value and how to offer the right amount to get to the real number in the end. When I asked for her help, she knew what she was talking about. When I (respectfully!) disagreed with her, she would explain how she saw things in more detail but she respected our input. Having Tracy by my side was like having a trusted advisor who was equally skilled at giving expert advice and implementing your decisions. I felt very lucky to have her on my side.

One of the other things I appreciated about Tracy is her expertise with local vendors for things like mortgage, inspection, title, etc. She knows who is good and who isn't, and she isn't afraid to help you steer clear of landmines in this area. I never got the impression that there was a specific person I was being steered toward, more that there were a number of people that she trusted and some that she didn't. Just another way she kept us from being taken advantage of.

Last but not least, Tracy has a winning personality. She is upbeat, positive, and fun to work with even while she is clearly a businessperson running a tight ship. Not everyone can balance her level of hard work with a positive personality, but she does it.

As a first-time homebuyer, I would absolutely recommend Tracy Wanner to guide you through the process.

Tracy was a great help through what could have been a very stressful process, what was most impressive was how she made herself available. Evenings, weekends, holidays, and even when she was out of town. A true professional!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $425K in Massillon, OH.

Tracy was always punctual and organized. She had a well planned itenerary each time we went house shopping. Tracy was very patient with us as we literally went through over 175 homes in the surrounding areas. She worked well with the realtors of the homes we made offers on. Although we made offers on four homes, we were finally able to find one that nearly met most of our wants and needs.

Tracy always had a positive attitude and kept us motivated even when we would get discouraged in our quest to find that perfect home.

We would recommend Tracy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She works hard to get her clients the best deal.

Thanks Tracy!
