I was born and raised in Eastern Oregon. I served in the United States Navy for 5 years where I worked in the legal field.  After the Navy I moved to Spokane Washington and attended college in Eastern Washington where I met my wife Renee.  After college, we moved to Des Moines in 2007 and immediatley understood why so many people choose to call this area home. I originally moved to Des Moines to work with a family member who has been in Real Estate for over 30 years in Central Iowa.  I currently live in West Des Moines with my wife Renee, our English Bulldog Lambert and coming soon, our first baby boy, Myles.

I have always had a client-first philosophy which means I'm always accessible, a very good listener as well as an excellent communicator, and will always respond quickly to my clients needs.  There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional, integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.  That said, in my experience as a Des Moines area real estate professional, I have also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.  This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I have found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I have always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
