I'm a third generation Realtor in my family here in Vancouver, and have been involved since I was a small boy. I'm known for an impeccable reputation for an amazing ability towards great detail, honesty, and listening. I am a very hard worker, diligent in my goals and take pride in all of the details that separates the good from the great! While being contracted with Coldwell Banker Seal, I've been asked to speak, and even lead in seminars for the company.

      Sold a Condo home in 2014 for approximately $150K in Ogden, Vancouver, WA.
      I am a Real Estate investor in Atlanta Georgia who grew up in the Northwest. I had owned a Townhome style condo in Vancouver for about 11 years, but never lived in it. An ex girlfriend used it as a 2nd home, and as you might imagine, having had no real upkeep over the years, it was in a mild state of disrepair, and in dire need of updating.

      When seeking out an Agency to list my property it was important to go with a leader in the area, who had contacts and could market my property appropriately. The Newton Team was able to provide me all of this service. Travis has many contractor contacts, and even took the time to take care of a few minor things himself to ensure the transaction did not get thrown off track while I was far away. His team kept me abreast with honest feedback, as we worked through one contract, and then to another which closed.

      Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Vancouver, WA.
      Travis was a great realtor to work with. He had a vast array of knowledge and was very understanding and responsive to any and all of our questions. We called him numerous times for what I'm sure he considered trivial little details but he treated each one with the same level of importance that we had placed on them.
