Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Countryside Woods, Vancouver, WA.
Travis's knowledge and contacts are outstanding.
His initial presentation to us was low key but very effective.
We believe his decision to bring in a top notch photographer for the virtual tour pictures was instrumental in the sale of our home.
His ongoing communication and follow up were excellent.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Vancouver, WA.
Travis was very responsive from the very beginning. He was referred through the USAA movers’ advantage program. Travis worked diligently to find the home that we were looking for and the areas that we were most interested in. Travis is very professional and tactful; he kept us informed throughout our purchasing process. He was very candid and provided solutions whenever we had questions or concerns throughout the house hunting process. Travis was very patient and demonstrated outstanding intuition as we were in the financing phase of our purchase. We would recommend Travis to anyone who is moving in the area as they would be in very capable and professional hands!

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $150K in Fruit Valley, Vancouver, WA.
I'm was a first time home buyer and a VA home loan user when I found Travis. He was wonderful. I put offers on three homes prior to finding the right house, two of those went all the way through to inspection / appraisal before negociations went sour. The reason was buyers not being able to settle for the appraisal price of thier homes and my VA home loan not financing above the appraisal price.
Travis stuck with me and kept showing me houses. He never gave up on finding my perfect home and now I am living it in! Took me 6 months and heart ache, but having an agent that is professional and caring makes all the difference.
