My wife and I have had Duane due several inspections for us over the years. Duane is extremely responsive to questions we've had about homes we have purchased in the past. He has always made and effort to call back when we've left a message.

Barbara is great at getting things scheduled to everyone's convenience and Duane has always shown up on time.

Duane's inspections are the most comprehensive inspections we've had done. He goes into the attic and crawl spaces and really get down and dirty to see everything he can see without putting holes in walls or having x-ray vision. He is very thoughtful of keeping his work area clean when emerging from under a house.

His inspection reports are easy to follow and contain very useful and detailed information about his findings and general home care. We still refer to his inspections when we have questions concerning routine maintenance.…More Less
