Sold a Single Family home in 2011 in University, Riverside, CA.
I listed my home with Tricia and she did a good job to send clients for showings. She communicated weekly regarding the showings. When we finally found a buyer, a very difficult buyer she helped me to close the sale.
Tricia cares for her clients and it shows. I will refer clients to Tricia with pleasure.

Sold a Single Family home in 2010 in Downtown, Riverside, CA.
When I purchased my home in Riverside, Tricia represented me. She showed a high level of personal service and was extremely knowledgeable about the market place, she proved to have excellent negotiating skills. She is now helping me with an apartment building purchase.
Tricia also represented me on short selling one of my rental properties, at first I hired an attorney we got nowhere then when I called Tricia and asked if she had any ideas she said “I can help” and that she did. Her positive attitude never wavered. She took the bull by the horns and wow!!!! Her expertise, experience and aggressive negotiating shined through. She got the job done; the bank forgave me of my debt. We closed escrow and I was extremely happy with her service. I highly recommend Tricia LaRocca and her team for all your real estate needs.
