how do you connect your listings to your facebook?

Good question.  On the listing section of your agent hub select listings and you will see your listing inventory.  Click the share button and then you can e-mail it, or post it on facebook.  Hope that helpsTRICIA

need assistance on how to change my website address in my profile

Answer

Good question.  If your website is with Zillow, then you will have to pay for another one.  They will only issue one for free and then after that you can not change it, you can only add to it by paying for another domain name.  If it is your website in your profile, then you can go into your profile and edit the information there.  Good luck

How can I sell my rental with the tenants still in?

Answer

That is a great question.  It is a good idea to go and talk with your tenant prior to listing it.  Bring the Realtor with you and ask the tenants how they would like this process to occur. Some tenants will work with you. If they are not willing to work with you then you will have to give the 24 hour written notice to enter with a prospective buyer.  You can always have your real estate agent list the home subject to interior inspection.  This way you will get offers and know who is actually interested in your home prior to arranging for them to preview it.  Hope that helps.TRICIA WIRTH GREGORY

Should square footage include attached garage space?

how do I register a buyer on zillow
