Great question. Typically this means that the home closed escrow and is now sold. To get the most accurate answer for that particular home you should contact the listing agent. Hope this helps.Broker ConsultantTRICIA WIRTH GREGORY
Great question. The house square footage is typically calculated by all footage under a roof. They do not include garage space as that is not living quarters. Hope that helps. TriciaBROKER CONSULTANTTRICIA WIRTH GREGORY[deleted by Zillow moderator]
That is a great question. If you contact an agent that specializes in those zip codes they can set you up to be notified every time a new listing that fits your criteria. Hope that helps. TRICIABROKER CONSULTANTTRICIA WIRTH GREGORY(909) firstname.lastname@example.org
It sounds like you have made some nice upgrades to your home. These items will help you when you go to sell. The zestimates of the home are off of the square footage and assessors data of the homes. There is no way for them to know what the condition of the inside is. The purpose of the zestiamte is to give you an idea of value and a local agent can give you a better estimate by taking in to consideration your upgrades etc. Hope this helps. Good question. The make me move section is a great place to list your home. You can write under the comment section that you have a pool and any upgrades that you may have added to the house. Good luck.
That is a great question. There is no standard or right answer. Typically people will go in and appraise the home and then decide at that point what the equity is and how it should be split. Good luck
Congratulations on your decision to buy and sell. You will find this market has a lot offer if you play your cards correctly. It is a good idea to have someone working for you in all areas, and someone you feel comfortable with. Please let me know if I can help point you in the right direction to get started. Pumped up the direct mail in the first quarter of 2013.
Great question. I would recommend that you talk with your agent about his and see if you can get permission for you to turn the water on in your name. This is something you would have to have written authorization about but may be worth asking for. Good luckTRICIA
Good question. This is a good question to ask your Broker or office manager. Each state, county, area, office has its own required forms that should be included in a real estate transaction, and each are very important. Hope that helpsTRICIA
