Earlier this year, Trish Flynn sold our house for us in under a week!
We anticipated having about 6 months of 'looking' time to check out the houses on the market before there was any movement with our home. To our (pleasant) surprise, we were put on the fast track of trying to look for a new home due to Trish's dedication and hard work in selling our current home so quickly. As much as that struck panic in me to think we had to find "the" house so quickly, Trish Flynn made sure to keep us level headed and not let us jump into throwing an offer at the first house we saw. She made time for us in her incredibly busy schedule whenever WE were available to view houses. She got us in to see each and every house we found to match our criteria, and in a timely fashion.
In the end, the house that Trish helped us to buy was not one that we had noticed at all. It was something that popped up on her radar and she asked if we would mind viewing it while we were out looking at others in the area. Trish really listens and cares about what you are searching for in a home. She knew more about what we were looking for than we did - for which we are truly grateful. Without her suggestion, we wouldn't be in our dream home now!
What makes Trish Flynn stand out above the rest is her complete honesty. She treats each of her clients as family and won't just tell you what you want to hear in an effort to make a sale. If she sees a red flag with a house upon walking through, she will make sure you are aware of what she noticed - without pushing any opinions on you. This was really helpful when we had our blinders on while looking at properties. Sometimes you need someone to make you stop and notice the little quirks (good and bad) with homes. She told us when we were buying our home that she would feel awful if someone regretted a purchase that she helped them to make. In a world of cheesy, used-car-salesmen type real estate agents, it is refreshing to work with such a genuinely caring person.
Thank you for helping my family find our new home, Trish!
